Katie's presentation was the kickoff for our virtual Summer Reading Program this year, and she was awesome! She is super easy to work and plan with; has an excellent grasp of the Zoom platform that helps a LOT; and is genuinely warm and friendly with the children. Her stories are fun and beautifully illustrated- we ended up buying one in each of the three languages. I especially love that her stories are based on the real geography of where she lives and how she used that as an educational springboard to engage with kids. I highly encourage anyone who is looking for online programming ... to take Katie up on this generous offer of her time!

This book was donated to my Kindergarten class. My students thought the characters were very funny, especially the worm. They loved the pictures and that the worm was on every page. I loved the Spanish aspect. Awesome book!

We have this in our "Kid Zone" of our Chiropractic practice and kids love this book! I took it home for our kiddos to read and they loved the pictures and learning German words. It is very well put together, logical, and helps the kids understand how phrasing and sentence structure works in German. Also, the illustrations are top notch and I really enjoy reading it to the kids. Highly recommend!

This offer is only available to schools, libraries, and homeschool groups. Aunt Katie will not do author visits for private individuals. If you are a private individual and are interested in an author visit, then contact either your school librarian, school teacher, or public librarian to request they set up an author visit. 

Activity Booklets: Activity booklets are not to be reproduced and sold or used for an event that is not approved by Aunt Katie’s Place. Activity booklets are for personal/home or classroom use only.

**Online Book Access: Unlimited online book access will be removed once quarantine is over and schools are physically back in session. You will be provided with a link to an online accessible pdf book on the day of the virtual visit. This link is only to be shared with the participants of the virtual visit and is not to be shared publicly on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or other social media.

Book Donation: ‘Gracie’ books will be randomly selected for donation by whichever language is currently overstocked. You may request a language, but it is not guaranteed you will receive the requested language. Books will be mailed via USPS media mail. Only one book per library. ✽An exception will be made if one library schedules 3+ separate author visits with 60+ participants in each visit. Then one book will be donated per visit.✽

Monetary Donation: 10% of retail price purchases (not including shipping or tax) made from www.auntkatiesplace.com by customers using the specified promo code will be donated back to your library. A promo code will be made specifically for your library and will be effective for 3 weeks before and 1 week after your virtual visit (for a total of 4 weeks).  10% donation payment will be made within 3 months from the final day of the promo code.
